The yacht fenders must be inflated before use. The easiest way to do this is with a compressor, applying a pressure of approx. 0.2 bar / 2.9 psi. Observe these values - over-inflating the equipment may result in deformation at higher temperatures. It is worth consulting the selection of equipment with a specialist beforehand. If the pump tool is not suitable, there is a risk of damage to the fender. The equipment not only protects the yacht against friction against the quay, but also protects the platform itself, which is often gradually destroyed in connection with impacts.
